Technology are keep on increasing everyday, touchscreen technology, which are consider future technology few years ago, now applied in cell phone. And many other technology that used to be a dreams, are not that future again.

Now how about media, especially in storage media, we used to use CD (compact Disc) and later we know DVD (Digital Video Disc) in the market. But then we also being introduced with Blu-Ray disc which are anti scratch.

There were several reasons to do data back-up. Learning from bank data security, on daily basis they’re doing it. For personal usage, usually some photos or video being back-up into blank DVD. The main purpose of doing it is to prevent data loss or just make some duplicate to be distributed to some friends or college.

The newest technology of storage disks are Blu-ray, un-scratch and last more longer. Although there were other storage with bigger capacities, but nothing can beat the size and efficiency of disks.
